I aim to provide you with the best fitness experience you have had, thankfully I have been doing this for 10 years and I know I will not stop. I hold a Bachelors's in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with the youth, our military, police, firefighters, nurses, doctors, lawyers, businesspeople, and our elderly. I have a thirst for knowledge and improvement. I am an enthusiast myself, and I have done three ultramarathons, 3 weightlifting meets, and numerous fitness competitions. I believe in a holistic approach, and I use all tools at my disposal. I really hope we get to work together to achieve great things!
